🔧 WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Floor Associate, you are the face of our store and a key part of the customer experience.

Create a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors

Listen actively, understand needs, and guide customers to the right products

Use your knowledge of our inventory to offer creative, helpful solutions

Keep shelves stocked, displays organized, and the store clean and functional

Step up without being asked—whether it’s restocking, solving a problem, or helping a teammate

Handle multiple tasks smoothly in a fast-paced, community-driven environment

Be physically active (including lifting 50 lbs. as needed)

This role is not about selling—it’s about service, problem-solving, and ownership.
