💼 THE ROLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
You are the heartbeat of the store, the customers remember because you did more, tried harder, and made their day easier.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a genuine smile and a problem-solving mindset
Ask questions, listen well, and offer real solutions—not just point to an aisle
Master our inventory so you can guide, not guess
Accurately and efficiently process transactions
Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and well-organized
Work hard, stay focused, and move with urgency
Lift up to 20–30 lbs. and stay physically active
Collaborate with your team to win together, not just check off tasks
Show up ready to learn, grow, and improve every single day

🎯 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We hire for attitude and ownership. Experience is a plus, but character is a must-have.
Clear, confident communicator (verbal and written)
Strong math and cash-handling skills
Organized and able to juggle tasks in a fast-paced setting
Quick to learn new systems and tech
Punctual, trustworthy, and always improving
Retail or customer service background? Great—but not required
